On July 28 (Wednesday), there was an MOU signing event between Hanwha System and Korea Robot Convergence Research Institute in the global conference room of Hanwha System's Gumi business.
(We participated mainly in major positions, including Vice President Lee Yong-wook and President Yeo Joon-gu, and strictly complied with the quarantine rules such as wearing masks and washing hands.)

This MOU was an event to conclude a business agreement between Hanwha System and KIRO for business cooperation in the maritime unmanned system field, and the two organizations previously joined as consortiums in developing autonomous unmanned submarines for docking in 2017.

We have been working closely together.

The main contents of this MOU are ¢º research cooperation and joint research projects in the marine unmanned system field, ¢º mutual use of facilities and equipment necessary for research and exchange, ¢º technical data and information exchange in the marine robot field, ¢º other areas of common interest.

There was cooperation and so on.

After the MOU signing ceremony, an internal tour of Hanwha System was carried out. During the internal tour, I heard the history of the combat system developed by Hanwha System and the PPT and explanation of the equipment under development, and it was a very useful time.

Through this MOU, I hope that the technology in the combat system field and KIRO's underwater robot field, which have been accumulated for a long time in Hanwha System, can meet and contribute to national safety.

Thank you.
